The return or exchange of parts can only be made within 14 days of receiving the item.
For any return or exchange after this period, prior approval is required. MaxPower will do everything we can to ensure each customer's satisfaction.
NO Merchandise may be returned or exchanged once installed or worn.
Items to be returned pr exchanged will need a Return Authorization Number.
(This will help us track your item and it results in a much faster turn around time.)
All items must be returned in resell able condition. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Discontinued or Sale items CANNOT be returned or Exchanged, Unless prior arrangements are made. Once a return/exchange authorization number is issued, the merchandise must be in possession of MaxPower Performance Cycles within 14 Business days.
Customer pays for shipping on all returns or exchange unless it is our Error, then we will cover shipping and restocking fees.
Return / Exchange Method:
Sent us an email or give us a call to obtain Return Authorization Number.
All parts must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition they were sold.
Once issued, the Return Authorization Number must be displayed on the outside of the box.
DO NOT put the Authorization Number on the manufacturer's packaging.
Returns must include the customers, Name, Address, Phone number, the reason for the return and what items are needed in exchange.
Items Damaged in Transit:
We freight our goods Australia Post, UPS, Courier. (What you choose is insured or not)
If you think your merchandise was damaged during transit and it was insured contact MaxPower immediately.
Merchandise sold by MaxPower is guaranteed by the manufacturer of the product under their respective terms of Warranty. Claim consideration will be made in a quick and just fashion by the manufacturer.
The parts manufacturer is solely responsible for any damages to person or property caused from design, manufacturing, testing and use of their products and MaxPower Shop does not accept any liabilities for such damages.
We shall not be liable for consequential damages.
MaxPower Performance Cycles hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including and implied, warrant or merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Motorcycles and ATV's can be dangerous.
MaxPower Performance Cycles has no control over the use of any part. It is the responsibility of the owner / operator to exercise good judgment as to proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any parts in any way by any person.
MaxPower Performance Cycles shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
