Hi Steve,

I just wanted to drop a line to say thank you for all you did last Saturday for my service, particularly around adjusting my stand and adjusting my handle bars.

Over the years I have been to many places for help in adjusting my bike to better to suit my size, and not one single person/company has suggested simple things like adjusting my handle bars.  I even went to one place to ask them if they could ‘bend’ my clutch clever a bit so I could reach it easier, they said it might snap if they did and did not offer any other suggestions!  I’ve owned the bike for 4 ½ years and riding home on Sat was the first time my left hand didn’t ache J  

You go above and beyond and I am very impressed and very grateful.
