I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the prompt and efficient service I have recently received from Swann Insurance and MaxPower for repairs to my motorcycle after a minor accident.

The whole process has been hassle free from the initial phone call to Swann Insurance, the correspondence from the Assessor and the excellent service offered by Natalie and Steve at MaxPower Performance Cycles at Russell Vale in NSW who undertook the job of repairing my Honda CBR1100 Blackbird.

Steve made minor repairs to my bike after his initial inspection to allow me to still ride it while the insurance claim process and ordering of parts took place, which was a great help seeing I use the bike to commute to work every day on a 128 kilometre round trip.

Between Steve and the assessor they organized the inspection and I was only without the bike for a day for your assessor to inspect the damage and everything was approved as Steve had listed from his initial inspection.

I would highly recommend the services of MaxPower Performance Cycles as I picked the bike up on Tuesday 12.02.08 after the repairs had been carried out and you would not have known there was ever any previous damage. As the bike is a 2006 model it now looks as good as, if not better than it did when I picked it up from the showroom when I purchased it new as I am sure Natalie washed and polished it.
